Senate Education Testimony on S.15, Jay Nichols, 2-21-25

S.15 – An act relating to providing supplemental reading instruction in all schools, I want to start by clearly stating that the VPA fully endorses the testimony provided by the Chair of the Advisory Council on Literacy.
