Minutes:

- request from Lamoille Union for an age waiver and one season of eligibility (Fall) for Emil Albright. Hearing conducted in Executive Session.

Motion by Dan M., second by D.G., to grant Emil Albright an age waiver and one season of eligibility (Fall 2007). Vote – Yes – 4, no – 0, motion approved.

- request from St. J. Academy to grant Daniel Porter and Marc-Andre Caron a fourth year of eligibility. This is a necessity as Quebec gives a three year diploma and students may not go on to the university until they complete an additional two year college prep program (combines senior year and 1st year in college). Hearing conducted in Executive Session.

Motion by D.G., second by Frank P., to grant one year of eligibility to Daniel Porter and Marc-Andre Caron (2007-2008). Vote – Yes 5, no – 0. Motion approved.
