The
VPA’s Aspiring Principal’s Program focuses on elements that will
have the greatest impact on developing the next generation of school
leaders.
Our emphasis is on the things that good principals do. We train
on theory and process, provide an association with a successful
principal, and create opportunities to solve real-school problems.
When candidates start working on-the-job, we provide follow-up support.
